These sessions, which integrate Massage Therapy with Body De-Armouring, lead you through a transformative journey by unlocking and liberating tense or blocked areas in your body, ultimately enhancing overall well-being. Many of these blockages, developed over the years, manifest as chronic pain, muscular tension, or anxiety—a defense mechanism rooted in past traumatic experiences and emotional stress. It is a full-body type of massage with oil mixed with gentle pressure point De-Armouring techniques.

The primary goal is to alleviate tension at the physical level, promoting relaxation and increased blood circulation to create movement and flow of energy in the body. Releasing muscular constriction may bring associated blockages linked to tension or unpleasant body/mind conditions to the surface, potentially eliciting memories or emotions. With the recipient’s active participation, we remain present to the feelings that arise, allowing them to be as they are in that given moment.
